Building plot with a valid permit

Buying a plot that already has a building permit can save years. Here is what a valid permit means, and how the Vidíkov plot delivers it.

Why a valid permit matters

Without a permit, buying land is a promise; with one, it is a plan. A valid building permit confirms that the plot is buildable, that the design complies with the land-use plan and that the authorities have approved the construction. Financing is easier too, because banks can value a permitted project.

From raw land to shovel-ready

In the Beskydy, obtaining a permit and connecting utilities can take years: surveys, geological and radon tests, design documentation and utility applications. When all of that is already done, you skip the queue and start building in the season you choose.

Utilities at the plot boundary

The Vidíkov plot has an electricity connection (3×80 A), mains water plus its own well with groundwater confirmed at 12 metres, gas and municipal pressure sewerage at the boundary, gigabit internet and full 5G signal.

What the permit covers

A valid building permit for a villa has been issued for the plot. You can take the project over and build as designed, or modify the layout and design to suit your family — the permit provides a solid, legally clean starting point either way.
